Christie M. Olsson joined Aaron, Riechert, Carpol & Riffle, APC in early 2007.  Ms. Olsson earned a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from Lewis and Clark College in 2002.  She graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2005.  While at Santa Clara, she was a member on the Dean's List all three years, received CALI Awards in Environmental Law and Administrative Law, and received the Best Brief award in Advocacy.  She served as Senior Technical Editor on the Board of Santa Clara Law Review, and her comment on regulatory takings was published in Volume 45 of the Santa Clara Law Review.  She was also a quarterfinalist in Honor's Moot Court.  After law school, she was a Clinical Fellow at the Northern California Innocence Project, where she worked on complex state and federal litigation cases before coming to ARCR.

Ms. Olsson is admitted to practice law in the state of California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.  She is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco. In addition, she currently serves on the board of the Woodside AED Foundation, a non-profit organized to provide automated external defibrillators to the Woodside Fire Protection District community.
